Brookline Bat Removal & Exclusion
A home owner in Brookline woke up to find a bat flying around her Condo. Critter Control was called and arrived within an hour. The bat was located, removed and sent to the lab to be tested for rabies. (Photo 1)
The inspection revealed evidence of a bat colony as well as the bats entry point at the roof line of the building. (Photo 2)
Critter Control sealed all possible gaps, and installed a one-way valve on the entry point to allow the bats to escape, but prevent them from returning. After 2 weeks, Critter Control returned to remove the bat valve and permanently seal the entry point.
